About our community
Braemar is a small community located in southern Apollo Beach, Florida. Braemar is a "secure" community, equipped with pedestrian and vehicular gates. The residents of Braemar are happy to enjoy a community pool, cabana, and playground, as well as two large ponds and preserve areas. A majority of the homes in Braemar are on pond or conservation lots.
Apollo Beach is a relatively small town, located about 15-20 miles south of Tampa. The commute to downtown Tampa is an easy drive north on U.S. 41 or around via Interstate 75. The Bradenton/Sarasota area is easily accessible, about 20 miles south of the community. Apollo Beach is an up and coming part of the "Southshore" area of Tampa Bay. We are currently experiencing a growth period of merchants and restaurants; although shops are close by in Tampa, Brandon, Bradenton, and Ellenton.
E.G. Simmons state park, a popular spot for fishing, sunbathing, swimming, boating, and recreation is a short mile drive from the community. Other popular attractions in Apollo Beach include the Manatee Viewing Center (at TECO's Big Bend plant) and Circles Waterfront Restaurant.
Braemar offers all of the comforts of Florida metropolitan style living with minimal traffic and congestion. Requests for information about our community or available homes can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
